1. Introduction

Sysmavera provides business systems development services, information products, and tangible goods. These Terms of Service apply to all services and purchases made through sysmavera.pro.

3. Scope

These terms govern:

• Business systems development services
• Information products (online courses, guides)
• Physical goods purchased from our store

4. Service Engagement

Clients engaging our business systems development services will receive deliverables as described in each project agreement. Scheduling and detailed scopes are outlined in service orders.

Clients may request to reschedule service sessions up to 48 hours prior to the original engagement date. Any requests made after this window may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated.

5. Pricing and Payments

All fees are listed in the project proposal or product page and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a tiered refund policy depending on the type of offering:

• Business Systems Development Services:

  After initial delivery of project outlines or kickoff materials, fees are nonrefundable due to the allocation of resources and personnel. However, clients may request a credit toward future services within 60 days of purchase. Any unused credit will expire 180 days after issuance.

• Information Products:

  Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 30% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact support via contact.php. Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase within 14 days of approval.

• Physical Goods:

  Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate a send-back, contact us via contact.php. After we receive and inspect the product, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Initial shipping fees are not refundable, and shipping costs for sending back the item are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by Sysmavera are the property of Sysmavera or its licensors. Clients are granted a limited, nonexclusive license to use materials solely for internal purposes.

8. User Conduct

Clients agree not to misuse our services or products. Prohibited actions include unauthorized sharing of licensed materials and any activity that disrupts our operations.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

All services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law. Sysmavera’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product at issue.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or site notification. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
